Wolf Blass Private Release Shiraz 750ml is a wine that was made to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Wolf Blass Wines and it is a tribute to the men and women who have helped make the brand one of the most successful in Australian history. This wine was only available to those who attended an event at the winery in Lyndoch, South Australia.

The Wolf Blass Private Release Shiraz 750ml was made with fruit from the Barossa Valley, one of Australia's most famous wine regions. The Shiraz grapes were picked by hand and then fermented in small open fermenters. The wine was aged for 18 months in a mix of new and old French oak barrels. The design for the Wolf Blass Private Release Shiraz 750ml was inspired by the original labels used on the first bottles of Wolf Blass wines. The label features a drawing of a wolf howling at the moon.

The Wolf Blass Private Release Shiraz 750ml has a deep crimson color with purple hues. The nose is full of dark fruits, spices, and chocolate. The palate is rich and full-bodied with ripe blackberry, plum, and spice flavors. The wine has firm tannins and a long, elegant finish.
