Please expect some delays due to backlogs at the Courier Depots, All Couriers are working around the clock, and through the weekend to keep orders moving closer to you.

You can see cut off schedule here for each state.

We will be dispatching orders over the holidays except for the Public Holidays.

We use a number of different couriers to provide the most competitive quote for delivery to your post code. 

Please note the couriers may experience delays at this time due to backlogs at the depots, so please allow 1-2 days extra for some orders.

All orders are covered against loss & damage whilst in transit. Please note all orders that are requested Authority to Leave do not have insurance once the driver records the item(s) as delivered.

Free Metro Delivery on orders over $150 - Excludes Marketplace Products, Asahi/CUB Beer.

Where products have a Free Delivery Icon visible, these products are available for free metro delivery.

We do deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please choose parcel post at checkout for this service. If you are not home, this will ensure it goes to your local Australia Post Office.

Our Couriers may drop your order to local parcel points that they arrange with local outlets in your area if you are not at home.

Marketplace Orders

Orders from our Marketplace partners are shipped within 1-2 business days. These products are not covered in our free delivery promotions, and are shipped direct from suppliers. Currently this is only approx 5% of our range.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Order confirmation will be emailed to your inbox within minutes of placing your order. Please also check your spam folder.

Order tracking will be sent as soon as the Warehouse print your shipping label, with updates visible as soon as the driver begins scanning your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to update once

Damages

If an order is received damaged, or with any issues,  Please save all packaging material and damaged goods, take relevant photos and send them to customerservice@hellodrinks.com.au

Please do not dispose of the goods until advised to do so.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not offer International shipping.

The above estimates are based on business days (Mon - Fri) only to metro zones. Regional zones may take longer.

Above is based from when your item collected by Courier which will generally be within 1 day of you placing your order. Please don't include the day the order was placed as a transit day as this is when we are preparing your order, and getting it ready to be loaded to the truck.

We will always try our best to get your order to the courier on the same day you place your order.

Returns Policy

Items can be returned for refund for up to 30 days. Costs of returning items rest with the customer, and it is advisable to take out transit insurance to cover for loss or damage in transit. Items returned must be returned as they were received, unopened, and undamaged. Restocking fees may occur in certain circumstances.

  • Incorrect Credit Card information was entered against the order. Please double check all details when you place your order. You will only be charged once your details have been validated by our payment gateway.
  • Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention if we are unable to verify the shipping destination. Sometimes we will require personal detail verification before dispatching orders to protect the card holder, and this may delay shipping.
