The West Winds Broadside Navy Strength Gin is made using a traditional pot still with nine botanicals: juniper, coriander seed, Angelica root, liquorice root, orris root, orange peel, lemon peel, grapefruit peel and cardamom. These botanicals are macerated for 24 hours before being distilled.
The resulting gin is crisp and dry, with juniper being the dominant botanical. The citrus peels add a freshness and zesty quality, while the coriander and cardamom provide a subtle spiciness. The Broadside is perfect for making classic gin cocktails such as the Martini or Negroni. It can also be enjoyed on its own, over ice or with a splash of tonic water.
