Stellacello Pompelmo is distinctive and has a very attention-grabbing twist on the classic Italian Limoncello. The pink grapefruit that Stella sources a racier, drier and pithier profile, while Pompelmo can be enjoyed as a citrus aperitif, it also works well as a cocktail base and modifier. Already utilized by London's best barkeeps; its sweet, zesty smell and taste, its subtlety and flexibility, is clearly a fun element to play with. The fundamental details are that Stella macerates pink grapefruit zest in neutral base spirit for up to 2 months. Sugar syrup is then added.
