Rogue. Scoundrel. Scapegrace. Just some old-timey slang to match Scapegrace distillery's antique genever bottle, 19th century whisky still and the ancient glacial NZ water used for distillation. Their rogue's gallery of botanicals features the usual suspects - juniper, coriander, citrus & co - but keep an eye out for shades of aronia berry, butterfly pea flower and sweet potato. Higher strength than the classic Dry Gin from Scapegrace, with additional tangerine peels. Cassia and orris hit the palate hard, with a strong coriander note, then the lime, juniper and fennel follow.
