Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur is a clear, slightly syrupy liqueur with a strong almond flavor. It is made from the Luxardo marasca cherry, which is also used to make Luxardo cherry liqueurs and cordials. The cherries are first steeped in alcohol, then distilled and finally sweetened with sugar syrup.
The Luxardo company was founded in 1821 by Girolamo Luxardo, an Italian diplomat stationed in Venice. The company's original products were cherry liqueurs and spirits, but they soon began producing other fruit-based liqueurs as well. In the early 1900s, Luxardo moved its operations to Zara, Croatia (now part of Italy) to be closer to the cherry-growing region.
Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur has a long and storied history, dating back to the early 1800s. Today, it is still made using the same traditional methods and ingredients, including the Luxardo marasca cherry. This unique liqueur is perfect for sipping on its own or using in cocktails. It also makes a great addition to desserts or other sweet dishes.

If your order is damaged in transit we will send a replacement, as we cover this ourselves even though it may have been damaged whilst in transit. If you notice the package is damaged on arrival, please alert the driver, and message us. If you notice damage upon opening, please take a photo of the damage, and let us know same day of delivery so we can notify the courier.
