Koval Barreled Gin is produced in the heart of Chicago. The region's distinct climate and Midwestern grains provide the perfect canvas for Koval's unique take on gin.
Koval uses a pot still and column still to create their own base spirit, which is then redistilled with 11 botanicals. This process allows for a more complex flavor profile than your typical gin.
The final product is then aged in charred American white oak barrels, giving it a smooth, woody flavor.
Koval Barreled Gin has a deep amber color and a nose of juniper, citrus, and spice. The taste is smooth, with notes of oak and vanilla. The finish is long and dry, with a slight hint of sweetness.
