Fortaleza Blanco Tequila is produced at the La Perseverancia distillery using traditional methods. The agave plants are harvested by hand and cooked in brick ovens. The cooked agave is then crushed with a stone wheel, and the juices are extracted and fermented. Finally, the liquid is distilled twice and bottled without any aging.
