Brookies Byron Dry Gin is produced in the hinterland region of Byron Bay, NSW. The region is well-known for its natural beauty, and the Brookies brand aims to capture the essence of this with its range of gins.
The history of Brookies gin dates back to 1876 when Charles Whitfield Brooks began distilling in his farmhouse in England. The company was later acquired by James Burroughs, who also owned the Beefeater Gin brand. In 2015, the company was bought by Australian entrepreneur John Jarratt, who has continued to produce Brookies gin in Byron Bay.
Brookies Byron Dry Gin has a fresh and citrusy taste, with hints of juniper and coriander. It is perfect for making cocktails or enjoying neat over ice.
