Adelaide Hills Distillery is located in the Adelaide Hills region of Australia. The distillery was founded in 2013 by two friends, David Reardon and Simon Hodgson. Their shared passion for quality spirits led them to create a world-class rum using only the finest local ingredients.
The Gunnery Spiced Rum is made with a blend of Australian molasses and sugarcane juice. The rum is then aged in ex-bourbon barrels for a minimum of 12 months. This gives the rum its unique flavor profile that is perfect for sipping neat or enjoying in cocktails.
The Adelaide Hills region is known for its beautiful scenery and cool climate. This makes it the perfect place to grow sugarcane, which is used to make the Gunnery Spiced Rum. Rest assured we cover all lost, stolen or damaged items whilst in transit! Once we deem the item hasn't moved, we will open up an investigation with the courier where more often than not the item can be located, if not we will replace, credit or refund!

If your order is damaged in transit we will send a replacement, as we cover this ourselves even though it may have been damaged whilst in transit. If you notice the package is damaged on arrival, please alert the driver, and message us. If you notice damage upon opening, please take a photo of the damage, and let us know same day of delivery so we can notify the courier.
