Dates back to over 500 years of history and tradition rooted in the Bialowieza Forest which is the last remaining part of the immense primeval forest. Bison grass is harvested from the Bialowieza Forest. The product is unique with a blade of Bison grass inside the bottle. Special blades of grass are picked and then dried by hand, giving Zubrowka a unique essence and flavour.
