Southern Comfort is a unique, fruit-flavored whiskey liqueur with spice and citrus accents. It was originally created by bartender Martin Wilkes Heron in New Orleans back when it just had the city limits as its area of operations in 1874!
The drink has gone through many transformations since then including losing most if not all vegetable ingredients like sugar or syrup which were added before hand to create this wonderful elixir we know today; however there's one thing that hasn't changed: Its original home at least until now.....welcome to Australia!
