Seen In Netflix Boss Level Movie. Baijiu is the most consumed spirit in the world, but very few in the Western world have ever heard of it. Just as Hong Kong is the contact point with China, so HKB is the point of contact with baijiu.
HKB is made by a small producer in Sichuan, a province in southwest China bordered by the Himalayas mountains. It is produced by fermenting a blend of five different bowls of cereal in mud pits. After careful distillation, it is left to rest in large ceramic jars for at least two years. The result is a modern baijiu, perfect for mixing and excellent as a base for classic or innovative cocktails.
