STARWARD NOVA Single Malt Whisky is uniquely Australian and a world first, crafted exclusively with local wine barrels for maturation resulting in a whisky with balanced aromas of raisins, bananas and a touch of balsamic leads to clove, toffee and nougat. Produced using bespoke 100 percent malted Australian barley. The palate is filled with red berries, hints of cinnamon and a variety of savory and spice-driven notes. A long, dry and tannic finish guide a strong linear reach through the palate, balancing a generous roundness and oiliness of the spirit. Australian shiraz cask maturation individually selected and re-coopered to take advantage of the highly variable Melbourne climate.
