Sourced from Langhorne Creek in South Australia this wine is packed full of chocolate and cherry flavours with a long, velvety tannin finish. The fruit was picked at full ripeness off low yielding vines to ensure great flavour and acid retention. The result is a wine with superb classical structure and excellent cellaring potential. Perfect when combined with rich red meats such as slow-cooked beef fillet with roasted vegetables.
