Rob Roy Cocktail Recipe

Rob Roy is a renowned Scottish folk hero, so it is only right to have a cocktail named in his honour. Similar cocktail to the Manhattan, but instead of rye whiskey it of course uses Scotch whiskey. This one is definitely worth trying out.

Ingredients

  • 60ml Chivas Regal 12yr Old
  • 22ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Garnish: Brandied Cherry
How to make a Rob Roy

Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass over ice and stir.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with 2 speared brandied cherries.
