They say Steingarten 'Eden Valley' Riesling was the first Reising of its kind in Australia, setting the benchmark for cool-climate Riesling for the past 50 years. The grapes come from two Eden Valley blocks that have historically provided Riesling with the structure and elegance that has become synonymous with the premium quality of the Steingarten label. A delicate nose showing floral characters and lemon blossom. A subtle palate with restrained notes of lemon and lime, and a hint of water running over slate. Compliments mussels steamed in white wine, parsley, garlic and chilli.
