Possibly one of the most famous Irish alcohol drinks that combines, Irish Whiskey, brown sugar, and light whipped cream. This is a hot creamy classic that can be enjoyed any time of year, but most loved during the winter months, especially around Christmas time in Europe, or Christmas in July down under.

Ingredients
- 45ml Irish Whiskey
- 30ml Brown sugar syrup (1:1 brown sugar to water, heated until dissolved)
- Hot brewed coffee
- Garnish: Whipped cream
How to make a Jameson Irish Coffee Cocktail
Filling an Irish Coffee mug with hot water, let sit for 2 minutes, then discard the water.
Add the whiskey and syrup to the mug, and fill with the coffee.
Top with an inch of unsweetened lightly whipped cream.
