 A refreshing cocktail that can be enjoyed at any time, however it is strongly associated with summer. The Mojito to many represents the perfect rum cocktail. Most of the ingredients in the Mojito are indigenous to Cuba that are mixed with Fever Tree Club Soda to deliver you a refreshing cocktail.
 Ingredients
In a shaker, lightly muddle the mint.
Add the simple syrup, lime juice and rum, and fill with ice.
Shake well and pour (unstrained) into a highball glass.
Top with Fever Tree Club Soda and garnish with a mint sprig.
