Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey is a brand of bourbon that is produced in Clermont, Kentucky by Beam Suntory. It is one of the best-selling bourbons in the world and the top-selling bourbon in the United States. Jim Beam was founded in 1795 by Jacob Beam and has been operated by seven generations of his family.

Bourbon is a type of whiskey that is made primarily from corn and must be aged in new oak barrels. Jim Beam is distilled at 140 proof and aged for four years. The company offers a variety of brands, including Jim Beam White Label, Jim Beam Black Label, Jim Beam Double Oak, Jim Beam Devil's Cut, Jim Beam Bonded, Jim Beam Rye, and Jim Beam Distiller's Series.

Jim Beam is the official bourbon of the Kentucky Derby and has been since 2012. The company also sponsors the Jim Beam Bourbon Lounge at the race track. In addition, Jim Beam is the title sponsor of the Jim Beam NHRA National Event, a major drag racing event that takes place each year in Norwalk, Ohio.

Jim Beam has been honored with numerous awards over the years, including a Gold Medal from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2007 and a Double Gold Medal from the Los Angeles International Wine & Spirits Competition in 2009. In 2013, Jim Beam was named "Brand of the Year" by the Bourbon Category Team at the annual Beam Global Partner Summit.
