Husk Distillers was founded in 2012 by husband and wife team Andrew and Sarah Nicholson. Their passion for quality spirits led them to create a range of unique gins, vodka, rum and liqueurs using locally sourced ingredients.
The Ink Sloe & Berry Gin is a particular favourite, thanks to its distinctive flavour profile. Sloe berries are a type of wild plum, and they impart a lovely sweetness to the gin. The other botanicals used include coriander, orange peel and cardamom, which all work together to create a complex and well-balanced spirit.
