Edinburgh Rhubarb and Ginger Pink Gin has a long history dating back to the early 1800s when it was first created by Scottish distiller William Thomson. Today, our pink gin is still made using the same traditional methods and recipes, ensuring that it retains its unique flavour and quality.
The region where our pink gin is distilled is renowned for its beautiful scenery and whisky production. The climate and soil here are perfect for growing the fresh rhubarb and ginger used in our recipe.
