When Fords Gin debuted in 2013, it was one of a quartet of spirits billed as made by bartenders for themselves. The 86 Company created these drinks around cocktail mixability and even their bottles were notably functional - perfect to hold or stash away while using (the well). Bartender embracing this has really taken off with Aylesbury vodka often named among the only vodkas some craft bars will carry on hand at any given time!
