Wyborowa Exquisite Vodka has a long history, dating back to the early 20th century. The brand was created by Polmos Å³dź, a state-owned alcohol producer in Poland. Polmos Å³dź was founded in 1910, and began producing Wyborowa Vodka in 1927. The company was nationalized after World War II, and was renamed Polska Wytw³rnia W³dek "Krakus". Wyborowa Exquisite Vodka is produced in the city of Å³dź, in central Poland. The area around Å³dź has a long tradition of vodka production, dating back to the early days of Polmos Å³dź. The company uses water from local springs, as well as locally-grown rye grain, to produce its vodka.
The vodka is distilled four times and charcoal filtered. It has a 40% alcohol by volume level. Wyborowa Exquisite Vodka has a smooth, clean taste and is used in many popular cocktails.
Some of the most popular cocktails made with Wyborowa Exquisite Vodka include the Cosmopolitan, the Martini, and the White Russian. Wyborowa Exquisite Vodka can also be enjoyed on its own, neat or on the rocks.
