Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed in the Coopers Brewery in the Adelaide Hills region of South Australia. The Coopers brewery was founded in 1862 by Thomas Cooper and his sons Charles and John. Coopers Brewery is Australia's largest family-owned brewery.
