If you're looking for an interesting vodka to add to your collection, Cape Grim 666 should be at the top of your list. Produced in Tasmania, Australia, this vodka is made from pure grain and distilled six times. The result is a smooth, clean spirit that can be enjoyed neat or in cocktails.
Cape Grim 666 has a rich history dating back to the early 1800s. Originally produced as a gin, the recipe was revised in the 1970s to create one of the world's first true vodkas. Today, Cape Grim is known for its exceptional quality and unique flavor profile.
There are plenty of recipes that call for Cape Grim 666 Vodka, but my personal favorite is the Cape Grim Martini.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Cape Grim 666 Vodka
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- olives or lemon twist for garnish
Instructions:
1. Add vodka and vermouth to a shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass.
3. Garnish with olives or a lemon twist.
Another great way to enjoy Cape Grim 666 Vodka is in a Moscow Mule.
