Details:

Cool climate fruit from the Adelaide Hills was used in the making of this Pinot Noir. The grapes were harvested at night, crushed and de-stemmed where the fruit was cold-soaked before fermentation. The wine was minimalistically handled, ensuring it retained the intense fruit aromas and flavours typical of cool-climate Pinot Noir. Maturation in stainless steel and oak barrels for 12 months delivers a wine packed with cherry and red berry flavours complemented by subtle spicy oak characters.
