Taylors Promised Land Cabernet Merlot Wine is a voluptuous, silky wine with plenty of blackcurrant and mint. Lifted aromas of plum, red berries and liquorice along with a hint of spice, cedar and vanilla characters from the oak influence. A soft, round and gloriously fleshy palate delivers flavours of ripe plum, red berries along with subtle liquorice and chocolate, finishing smoothly and elegantly. This is such an easy-drinking, soft and approachable wine. There are wonderful flavour and richness but it's not at all confronting a bit like a red wine with training wheels and a true little treasure. Colour: At release, the wine is a crimson red with soft, violet tinges.
