Bati Rum is a spirits brand made in Fiji. It is made from sugar cane molasses and distilled in copper pot stills. The result is a smooth, premium rum with a rich flavor.

Bati Rum is available in two varieties - Classic and Coconut. Classic Bati Rum is perfect for cocktails, while Coconut Bati Rum makes a delicious, refreshing drink on its own or as part of a cocktail.

Here are three recipes using Bati Rum:

Classic Mai Tai:

1 oz Bati Classic Rum

0.5 oz Orgeat Syrup

0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

Dash of Bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass.

Fijian Sunset:

1 oz Bati Classic Rum

0.5 oz Pineapple Juice

0.5 oz Cranberry Juice

Build all ingredients in a glass over ice and stir gently.

Coconut Daiquiri:

1 oz Bati Coconut Rum

0.5 oz Lime Juice

0.5 oz Simple Syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Bati Rum has a long history in Fiji, dating back to the early 1800s when sugar cane was first introduced to the country. Today, it is one of Fiji's most popular spirits, enjoyed by locals and visitors alike, and loved by Australians.
