Dasher & Fisher Meadow Gin 700ml

Dasher & Fisher Meadow Gin is a small batch gin from Tasmania's Southern Wild Distillery. Only 500 bottles are made each batch, using a traditional pot still.

The region where the distillery is located has a long history of producing quality spirits. In fact, the first recorded distillation in Tasmania happened in this very region! The Southern Wild Distillery pays homage to this tradition with their Dasher & Fisher Meadow Gin.

The name "Dasher & Fisher" comes from two of the region's most famous residents: George Dashwood and William Fisher. These men were responsible for establishing the region's reputation for quality spirits.

The Dasher & Fisher Meadow Gin is made with ten botanicals, including native Tasmanian botanicals. These botanicals are distilled in a traditional pot still, and the gin is then cut with Tasmanian spring water.

The result is a smooth, complex gin with a delicate balance of flavor. The juniper is present, but it is not overpowering. The citrus notes are fresh and bright, while the native Tasmanian botanicals add a unique depth of flavor.

The Dasher & Fisher Meadow Gin is perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks. It also makes a great martini or Negroni.
