Arbikie Kirsty's Gin is a premium Scottish gin made with botanicals from the Arbikie estate in Angus. The region is renowned for its beautiful scenery and produce, and this is reflected in the quality of the gin. The history of the Arbikie estate dates back to the 12th century, and it has been in the hands of the Stirling family since 1643. Today, the estate is run by brothers John, Iain and David Stirling, who are third-generation farmers.
The botanicals used in Arbikie Kirsty's Gin include juniper, coriander, orange peel and liquorice root. These are all traditional gin ingredients, but they're given a unique twist by the addition of Arbikie's own Scottish honey. The result is a smooth and balanced gin with a delicate sweetness.
On the nose, Arbikie Kirsty's Gin has juniper and citrus aromas. The palate is creamy and smooth, with flavours of honey, orange and liquorice. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of spice.
Arbikie Kirsty's Gin is best enjoyed neat or with a light mixer such as tonic water or soda water. It also makes an excellent addition to cocktails.
