Our signature Pale Ale ‘Gorgeous George’ has to be the best-looking roo in Australia, offering an upfront, medium bodied beer with a full flavour! Its appearance will remind you of an East Coast golden sunset, it’s toasty, rich and malty on the palate. We’ve used Centennial and Cascade hops through the whirlpool and in dry hopping, keeping a balanced bitterness of 27 IBU. Designed with a Sunday arvo session in mind, best served ice cold at an easy going ABV of 4.3%.
