Traditional techniques of whole bunch pressing, bottle fermentation and maturation on yeast lees have created a standout, elegant wine with purity of fruit, subtle savoury complexity and finesse. The drier tougher soils delivery lower yields of fragrant pinot noir displaying berries, cherries and raspberries aroma’s and a palate of fresh crunchy blueberries and strawberries.
