Adelaide Hills Distillery is located in the Adelaide Hills region of South Australia. The company was founded in 2012 by husband and wife team, Sacha and Sam Laing. Their aim was to create a world-class destination distillery and visitor centre, using the best local produce to create unique spirits.
The Adelaide Hills region is famous for its cool climate and stunning scenery. It's the perfect place to grow the botanicals used in Adelaide Hills Distillery's 78 Degrees Sunset Gin. This gin is made using a combination of native Australian botanicals, including lemon myrtle, lilly pilly and aniseed myrtle. These botanicals are distilled in grape spirit, before being blended with water from the Adelaide Hills.
The resulting gin is a fresh and aromatic spirit, with a smooth, balanced flavour. It's perfect for enjoying on a summer's day, or any time you need a little taste of the Australian bush.

Rest assured we cover all lost, stolen or damaged items whilst in transit! Once we deem the item hasn't moved, we will open up an investigation with the courier where more often than not the item can be located, if not we will replace, credit or refund!

If your order is damaged in transit we will send a replacement, as we cover this ourselves even though it may have been damaged whilst in transit. If you notice the package is damaged on arrival, please alert the driver, and message us. If you notice damage upon opening, please take a photo of the damage, and let us know same day of delivery so we can notify the courier.
