Red Rum
Ingredients
- 40ml White Rum
- 10ml Buckfast Tonic Wine
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 25ml Grenadine
- 15ml Egg White
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake for 10 seconds with cubed ice to chill, aerate and dilute by 20%. Sieve into a chilled coupe.
Don't forget to buy the Buckfast!
