Ingredients

  • 40ml White Rum
  • 10ml Buckfast Tonic Wine
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • 25ml Grenadine
  • 15ml Egg White

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake for 10 seconds with cubed ice to chill, aerate and dilute by 20%. Sieve into a chilled coupe.
