- 35ml Buckfast Tonic Wine
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 35ml Black Tea
- 10ml Cinnamon Syrup
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake for 10 seconds with cubed ice to chill, aerate and dilute by 20%. Sieve over cubed ice into a 10oz highball glass.
