Coconut Wine Punch

Ingredients

• 50ml Buckfast Tonic Wine
• 50ml Coconut Rum
• 100ml Passion Fruit Juice
• 10ml Passion fruit Syrup
• 5ml Lime Juice

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake for 10 seconds with cubed ice to chill, aerate and dilute by 20%. Sieve over cubed ice into a coconut.
