- 50ml Buckfast Tonic Wine
- 50ml Coconut Rum
- 100ml Passion Fruit Juice
- 10ml Passion fruit Syrup
- 5ml Lime Juice
Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake for 10 seconds with cubed ice to chill, aerate and dilute by 20%. Sieve over cubed ice into a coconut.
