The region where Proper Twelve Irish Whiskey is produced has a long history of whiskey production. The climate and soil in Ireland are well suited for growing the grain used to make whiskey. This, combined with the skilled craftsmanship of the distillers, results in a high-quality product.

Proper Twelve was exclusively launched in Hello Drinks in the lead up to St Patricks Day in 2018. It was a proud moment for Hello Drinks founder JP Tucker, who is Irish himself, and allowed him deliver over 3000 bottles to customers across Australia ahead of Paddy's Day Celebrations down under.

Rest assured we cover all lost, stolen or damaged items whilst in transit! Once we deem the item hasn't moved, we will open up an investigation with the courier where more often than not the item can be located, if not we will replace, credit or refund!

If your order is damaged in transit we will send a replacement, as we cover this ourselves even though it may have been damaged whilst in transit. If you notice the package is damaged on arrival, please alert the driver, and message us. If you notice damage upon opening, please take a photo of the damage, and let us know same day of delivery so we can notify the courier.
