23rd Street Signature Gin is a unique Australian gin, distilled in the picturesque Riverland region of South Australia.

The 23rd Street story begins in the late 1800s when two Italian immigrants, Domenico and Vincenzo Sanguinetti, arrived in Australia and started a small distillery in the 23rd Street of Melbourne. The brothers began experimenting with different botanicals to create their own signature gin recipe and finally settled on a recipe that included native Australian plants such as eucalyptus, wattle seed and lemon myrtle.

Today, 23rd Street Distillery is run by the third generation of the Sanguinetti family and they continue to produce their signature gin using the original recipe.

23rd Street Signature Gin has a fresh, citrusy flavour with a hint of eucalyptus and is perfect for making refreshing cocktails.

Here are some of our favourite 23rd Street Gin cocktail recipes:

- 23rd Street Gin & Tonic: Simply combine 1 part 23rd Street Gin with 3 parts tonic water over ice and garnish with a slice of lemon or lime.

- 23rd Street Gin Martini: Combine 1 part 23st Street Gin with 1 part dry vermouth and ½ part Lillet Blanc over ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

- 23rd Street Negroni: Combine 1 part 23rd Street Gin with 1 part Campari and 1 part sweet vermouth over ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with an orange twist.
