Lark Classic Cask Single Malt Australian Whisky is a smooth, rich and full-flavored whisky. It has a complex flavor profile with notes of vanilla, oak and spice. The whisky is aged in American oak casks for a minimum of three years, giving it a deep amber color. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
Lark Classic Cask is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, resulting in a rich and complex whisky with notes of citrus, vanilla, honey and spice. The long finish is smooth and creamy, with a delicate hint of oak.
This whisky originates from Tasmania, Australia. The climate in Tasmania is cool and maritime, which creates the perfect environment for aging whisky. The Lark Distillery was founded in 1992 and is one of the first craft distilleries in Australia.
