Sierra Milenario Tequila is a premium tequila produced in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The region where Sierra Milenario is produced has a long history of producing some of the finest tequilas in the world. Sierra Milenario is made from 100% blue agave and is aged for a minimum of two years in oak barrels.

The result is a smooth, well-balanced tequila with flavours of cooked agave, vanilla, caramel and oak. Sierra Milenario is perfect for sipping neat or enjoying in cocktails.

Here are some Sierra Milenario cocktail suggestions:

- The Sierra Margarita: Combine Sierra Milenario tequila, triple sec and lime juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass rimmed with salt.

- The Sierra Sunrise: Combine Sierra Milenario tequila, orange juice and grenadine in a glass with ice. Stir well and garnish with an orange slice.

- The Sierra Paloma: Combine Sierra Milenario tequila, grapefruit soda and lime juice in a glass with ice. Stir well and garnish with a lime wedge.

Ingredients:

- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust

- 1 cup Sierra Milenario tequila

- 1/2 cup triple sec

- 1/4 cup lime juice

- 6 tablespoons margarita mix

- 4 eggs

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. In a large bowl, combine Sierra Milenario tequila, triple sec, lime juice and margarita mix. Mix well.

3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Stir into the tequila mixture until well blended. 4. Pour mixture into the pie crust. Sprinkle with cheese.

5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the filling is set. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
