The blending of Camut Calvados is an art form. After being aged for two years in barrels, it's transferred to larger wooden vats or foudres where they remain between 2/3 and 3/4 full with constant oxygen exchange until its third birthday when the rich spirit will have time enough to mellow even more due primarily from natural aging without any additional chemical manipulation done at this point since we're trying not only concentrate what exists but also enhance certain flavors through interaction instead which makes these lush spirits even closer relatives of their original sources than before!
