The Cuvee is made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, and the wine has delicate aromas of strawberries and cream.

Oyster Bay was one of the first wineries to be established in Marlborough, in 1988. The region has since become world-renowned for its Sauvignon Blanc wines, but Oyster Bay was actually one of the first producers of sparkling wine in Marlborough.
