Onyx

ONYX Coffee Spirits is a unique coffee spirit made in Australia. ONYX is made with a blend of Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, which are roasted and then distilled to create a smooth, rich spirit.

ONYX has a deep, intense flavour with notes of chocolate and caramel. It is perfect for making cocktails or enjoying on its own over ice.

ONYX was founded in 2015 by husband and wife team Ryan and Amanda Willis. The couple were inspired by their love of coffee and their time living in Italy, where they discovered the art of coffee distillation.

Today, ONYX is produced in small batches at the couple's distillery in Byron Bay, using only the finest coffee beans and traditional distillation methods.

ONYX has won multiple awards, including a Double Gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and a Gold medal at the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards.

Cocktail Recipes: ONYX Coffee Martini: 2 parts ONYX, 1 part vermouth, 1 dash bitters. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass.

ONYX Espresso: 1 part ONYX, 1 part espresso. Serve in a shot glass or small cup.
