Delatite High Ground Chardonnay is a blend of 80-% Delatite fruit and 20% from the slightly warmer area around Swanpool. It is round and generous with flavours of melon with some hints of riper fruits and a delicious backing of warm sweet oak flavours. It has a lovely long finish on the palate which we have come to expect from Delatite wines.
Chardonnay is always a great match with chicken dishes, especially roasted with accompanying oven roasted vegetables or just enjoy it with friends and conversation as a pre-dinner drink.
