Chasing Clouds Pinot Gris is simply inspired by the location of it's Estate vineyard. The wine is sourced from higher elevations above 500m.
As well as this Chasing Clouds are well on their continual quest to reach greater heights in wine-making.
This white wine delivers pale colour with green edges, with aromas of crisp fruit characters of green apple, and ripe pear. It brings soft texture with good fruit weight, followed by a crisp acidity adding to the palate length.
Enjoy with Seafood, particularly shellfish & scallops, light pasta dishes or cheese.

The wines provide intense flavours, and even berry ripening due to the low yield vines, whilst they retain the characteristic of their high elevation territory.
