Malfy Gin has a long and storied history dating back to the early days of Italy's unification. The company was founded in Torino in 1896 by two brothers, Luigi and Giacomo Crocchia. The pair started out by producing liqueurs and bitters before eventually branching out into gin production.

Malfy Gin's original recipe is said to date back to 1910, and it is still used today. The gin is made using a combination of botanicals including juniper, coriander, citrus peel, and anise. These ingredients are macerated in alcohol for several days before being distilled in copper stills.

The finished product is then bottled at 41% ABV. Malfy Gin is produced in Italy's Piedmont region, which is also home to some of the country's most renowned wines.

The gin has a bright, citrusy flavor with a hint of juniper on the finish. It is perfect for enjoying neat or in a classic cocktail such as a martini or negroni. Thanks to its high quality and unique flavor profile, Malfy Gin has won numerous awards over the years.
