On the nose lifted perfume and hints of all spice, followed on the palate, with a blend of dark cherry, forest floor, subtle oak and hints of red berries, and plum. Nice depth of flavour and good length on the finish. Minimal use of sulphites to ensure the purest expression of grape to wine possible.
