The Jungle Bird Cocktail was created from the Hilton Hotel at the Aviary bar in Kuala Lumpur back in 1978. A tropical rum cocktail that will leave you wanting more.
Ingredients
45ml Dark Rum
22ml Campari
15ml Simple syrup
45ml Fresh pineapple juice
15ml Fresh lime juiceÂ
Garnish: Pineapple wedge
How to make the Jungle Bird Cocktail at home
Fill a mixing glass three-quarters with ice, and add all of the ingredients.
Shake until chilled for about 30 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass over ice cubes or one large piece of ice, and add the garnish.
Delivers a colourful fruity Cocktail with a Citrus twist.
