Hudson Baby Bourbon was created by Craig Mitchell and his team at Tuthilltown Spirits. Craig was inspired to create this bourbon after learning about the history of Hudson Valley and its connection to the American Revolution. The Hudson Valley region was a key area during the war and served as a base for many of the Continental Army's operations. Craig wanted to create a bourbon that honored the history of the Hudson Valley and its importance to the United States.
